Therapy & Service Outcomes

Community Impact

Hounds With Halos is committed to developing dogs capable of meaningful service within structured environments.

Dogs trained through our program have gone on to serve in:

  • First responder support settings
  • Educational environments
  • Community therapy visits

Active Placements

  • Finn, currently serving with the Russellville City Fire Department, providing therapy support for firefighters and individuals impacted by emergency and fire-related incidents.
  • Marshall, in final placement coordination with a local school, where he is being prepared for therapy support work pending completion of handler and organizational requirements.

Therapy Visits

Limited Therapy visits are offered on a limited and selective basis through dogs that have completed structured obedience development and temperament evaluation.

Because community environments require reliability and stability, participation is determined by readiness, handler coordination, and organizational approval.

All therapy placements and visits are supported by clear obedience standards and structured evaluation.

Our priority is responsible placement - not volume.

Structured development precedes every placement.

Therapy roles are built through foundation-first training, clear standards, and steady leadership.

Because when the handler grows, the dog follows.
